Daily People operates with two types of fulfillment:
- Objects: Shipped directly from our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.
- Prints: Produced and shipped by our trusted print partners worldwide.
Print orders are automatically routed to the nearest print facility to your location, ensure faster delivery, minimized shipping times, and a reduced environmental footprint.
Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within a 1-2 business day timeframe before shipment.
Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times range from 2-14 days worldwide, depending on location. Once shipped, customers receive a tracking link via email for real-time updates on their order status.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Eligibility
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
- Free worldwide shipping applies to all print orders for eligible locations.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or rural areas.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other regulatory fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees at checkout.
For Objects, import duties and customs regulations vary by country. Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs office for details before placing an order.
For Prints, customs fees may not apply as they are produced and shipped from a facility closest to the customer.
Delays & Order Issues
Shipping delays due to customs, unforeseen logistics disruptions, or carrier issues are beyond our control. If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, or if a package is marked as lost in transit, customers should contact with us.
