Where are you located?

We operate globally with two headquarters: one in Wyoming, USA, where we manage our business operations, and another in Istanbul, Turkey, where we design and develop all our products.

While our team is based in both locations, all products are shipped directly from our fulfillment locations. For prints, we work with trusted global print partners to ensure fast and efficient delivery wherever you are in the world.

What does the "Made to Order" badge mean?

Made to order means each art print is custom-printed only when an order is placed. Instead of mass-producing and keeping stock, we work with trusted printing partners worldwide.

This ensures high-quality production, faster shipping, minimal waste, and a more sustainable process.

What is the quality of your prints?

Our prints are made on FSC®-certified paper with a premium matte finish, offering a smooth, non-reflective, and uncoated surface for a high-quality, gallery-like feel.

What is the quality of your frames?

Our frames are handcrafted from high-quality wood, featuring sleek, clean lines with a satin finish for a timeless look. Each frame comes ready to hang and includes shatterproof plexiglass for enhanced durability and long-lasting quality.

What print sizes do you offer?

We offer a variety of print sizes to fit different spaces and preferences. Whether you’re looking for a bold statement piece or a subtle addition to your decor, we have the perfect size for you.

Yes! We offer a variety of color options for many of our print designs to help you find the perfect match for your space.

Payments

Do you accept payment by Paypal or Apple Pay?

Unfortunately, you cannot currently pay directly from our website with your Paypal account or Apple Pay information. You can see the logos of the payment systems valid on our site at the bottom of our page.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Credit Card, Debit card, Maestro, Iyzico and American Express cards.

Is it possible to pay in the local currency?

We can only accept payments from all over the world in dollars.

Orders

I've placed an order, what next?

Great! Here’s what to expect based on what you ordered:

For Objects:

  • We prepare your order within 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated shipping time is 2-14 days worldwide, depending on your location.

For Prints:

  • Your order has been sent to our trusted print partners for production.
  • Since all our art prints are made to order, we minimize unnecessary waste by printing only what is needed. But don’t worry—this doesn’t mean long wait times. Our trusted print partners work efficiently.
  • Most prints are produced and shipped within 24-48 hours. Estimated shipping time is 2-14 days worldwide, depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?

All orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within a few days of placing your order, feel free to contact us for assistance.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Sometimes accidents happen in transit, but don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost—no hassle, no worries.

Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We totally understand—sometimes plans change!

For Prints:

  • Since all of our prints are made to order, once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be canceled or modified.

For Objects:

  • We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, so modifications may not always be possible.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world!

During checkout, you’ll be able to select your country, and we’ll provide available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times based on your location.

Where do you ship from?

Objects are shipped directly from our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.

Prints are shipped by our trusted print partners worldwide. Your order will be produced and dispatched from the nearest print partner to your location for faster delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all prints in select locations.

For other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Simply add items to your cart and select your country to see shipping rates.

Please note: Additional fees may apply for remote or non-rural areas.

International Orders: Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your country. Estimated costs and delivery times will be provided at checkout.

What are your shipping lead times?

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

It depends on your country’s regulations. Some countries charge customs fees or import taxes on international orders, while others do not.

Who is responsible for customs fees?

Customs fees and import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.

For Prints:

  • You may not have to pay customs fees, as our local print partners produce and ship from the closest location to you.
  • Any applicable customs information will be displayed at checkout.

For Objects:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, depending on your country’s policies.

For any questions about customs and import charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

What should I do if my order is delayed or stuck?

If your order is significantly delayed or you have received an email from the courier company saying your parcel has been lost in transit. Please contact us and we will assist you in locating or replacing your order.

First, check your tracking link for updates.

If there’s no movement or the package is marked as lost, contact our customer support team at Contact Page, and we’ll assist you in locating or replacing your order.

Important: Customs delays are beyond our control. If your order is held at customs, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We offer two types of products, and our return policy differs based on how the item is fulfilled:

For Non-Print Items (Objects & Accessories)

We accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new, unused, and resalable condition at our sole discretion within 14 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

For Prints (Made to Order Items)

Since each print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the order.

  • If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.
  • Please visit Contact Page within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as: Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale items
  • Used or damaged items due to normal wear and tear

For Objects:

For Prints (Made to Order Items):

  • Since all prints are made to order, refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible (e.g., discontinued print).
  • If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll send you a free replacement first. If a replacement isn’t available, a full refund will be processed.

Processing Time for Refunds:

  • Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary and can take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
  • For standard returns (change of mind, incorrect size selection, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
